Good afternoon from the Urban Youth Academy,

 

Academy Summer Camps Are HERE! 

 

Registration is on a First Come, First Serve Basis!

 

All applications must be turned in to Zaida Aguilar or Darren Smith or you can fax them to 310-763-3569.   Incomplete applications will be returned and no spot will be held.  Make sure to read all the information and sign/date all the forms

 

For new participants: Please fill out "Registration-Enrollment Packet" and deliver to the Front office at the Urban Youth Academy.

 

For returning participants: If you have filled out the registration-enrollment packet within the last year, please fill out "Summer Camp Emergency Contact Information 2009" and deliver to the Front office at the Urban Youth Academy.

 

Please note: If you have not filled out a registration packet within the past year, you must complete a new "Registration-Enrollment Packet"

 

1^st Camp:

 

For ages 7-12 Years Old:

When:  June 29^th-July 3^rd 9am -12pm

100 participants maximum

 

 

2^nd Camp:

 

For ages 13-17 Years Old:

When: July 13^th-July 17^th 9am-12pm

100 participants maximum

 

 

All participants are required to wear an official Urban Youth Academy t-shirt and hat at all times during the workouts.

 

If participants do not have a hat and/or shirt, they can be purchased at $10.00 Shirts and $10.00 for hats at the front office. 

 

Lunch will not be provided for these camps.
